Just like you, I wear many hats! Mine include wife, mum and Accredited Practising Dietitian.
I discovered Intuitive Eating during my first pregnancy and I’m so glad I did! The 10 Principles have been by my side during my journey through motherhood.
This has been my journey to nutrition.
I want to be the dietitian to guide you on your journey to nutrition. That includes getting off the diet rollercoaster, taking control of your relationship with food, achieving nutritional adequacy and managing health conditions.
