Hi, I'm krystal!

Just like you, I wear many hats! Mine include wife, mum and ​Accredited Practising Dietitian.


I discovered Intuitive Eating during my first pregnancy and ​I’m so glad I did! The 10 Principles have been by my side ​during my journey through motherhood.

This has been my journey to nutrition.


I want to be the dietitian to guide you on your journey to ​nutrition. That includes getting off the diet rollercoaster, ​taking control of your relationship with food, achieving ​nutritional adequacy and managing health conditions.


And pink goes with everything.
