Heather's Brownie Ice Cream Cake

 

 

Ingredients

No Pudge Brownie mix- http://www.nopudge.com

Prepare according to package instructions. (you will need 1-6 ounce container of non-fat vanilla yogurt)

 

Non-fat chocolate ice cream

Breyers Double Churn Ice Cream…Chocolate Fudge Brownie

 

Cool Whip Free

 

Directions

Day 1

Bake brownies according to package instructions in a disposable aluminum tin. Once cooled cover brownies with aluminum foil and place in freezer over night.

 

Day 2

Allow ice cream to soften on the counter. Spread over the brownie layer. Cover freeze for 1-2 hours.

 

Allow cool whip to thaw in refrigerator. You should be able to easily stir through it with a spoon. Once thinned out and soft, spread over ice cream layer. Cover with foil once again. (tent foil to prevent sticking)

 

Take out about 5-10 minutes before serving…cut with SHARP knife.

 

This recipe serves about 12. With the ingredients used above, a serving should be about 250 calories. Remember anything in moderations...limit your self to one portion!
